Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end paint shop operations (pre treatment, painting, curing, inspection, quality control).
Ensure adherence to engineering standards and process parameters.
Lead a team for smooth daily operations with focus on productivity, quality, and safety.
Implement cost control measures and optimize paint & consumable usage.
Prepare and manage budgeting, costing, and resource planning for paint shop.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean, Six Sigma).
Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams for seamless workflow.
Ensure compliance with environmental & statutory norms related to paint operations.
