Role & responsibilities - (PAINT SHOP) 1. Knowledge of CED and Topcoat processes. 2. Knowledge on process analysis, monitoring and trouble shooting. 3. Experience in production follow-ups, quality monitoring and customer handling. 4.Knowledge on Plant maintenance like process conveyor, spray both. 5.Knowledge of SAP for production entry and warehouse stock entry. 6.Knowledge of FIFO, QC, Kaizen, 5S. 7.Knowledge of system auditing like IATF , EMS , OSHAS and TPM . 8. Ability to handle shift, manpower, warehouse. 9.The ability to communicate well with store / purchase / sales / assembly / production and maintenance department. 10. Knowledge of jig design, process changes to increase productivity, reduce costs and improve safety facilities. 11. Meeting the targets related to SQDCME Preferred candidate profile Relevant hands-on experience in CED Paint Shop Management in a large Automotive component manufacturer. Excellent data and record management. Good communication and internal personal skills.
