Paid Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our social media presence, enhance brand awareness, and drive audience engagement across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital trends, excellent content creation skills, and the ability to analyze data for effective decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with company goals.
• Plan and execute content calendars across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.).
• Create engaging, high-quality content including posts, reels, videos, and stories.
• Monitor, respond, and engage with followers to foster community growth.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and sales teams to align campaigns.
• Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize for ROI.
• Track and analyze key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare monthly reports.
• Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes.
• Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations and brand partnerships.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience (1+ years) as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
• Basic photo/video editing knowledge.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
