Jewellery Retail Sales Associate

As a Retail Jewellery Sales Associate at White Fire Diamonds, T. Nagar, Chennai, you will be an integral part of our team, known for delivering premium diamond jewellery and exceptional customer service. Your role will involve: - Greeting and assisting customers with their jewellery requirements in a professional and courteous manner. - Showcasing and explaining product features, quality, and pricing to customers. - Building strong customer relationships to ensure a delightful shopping experience. - Achieving individual and store sales targets. - Handling billing, cash transactions, and maintaining sales records accurately. - Maintaining product display, stock arrangement, and overall showroom presentation. - Staying updated on jewellery trends, product knowledge, and company policies. - Addressing customer queries and resolving concerns effectively. To excel in this role, you should meet the following qualifications: - Minimum qualification of 12th pass / Graduate (preferred). - Prior experience in jewellery/retail sales is an added advantage. - Good communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi/Telugu knowledge is a plus). - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. - Positive attitude, pleasing personality, and sales-driven mindset. - Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
