Jewellery Retail Sales Associate

You will be working as a Retail Jewellery Sales Associate at White Fire Diamonds in T. Nagar, Chennai. White Fire Diamonds is renowned for its premium diamond jewellery and exceptional customer service. As part of our sales team, you will interact with customers, showcase products, and contribute to achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers professionally and courteously with their jewellery needs. - Showcase and explain product features, quality, and pricing to customers. - Cultivate strong customer relationships to ensure a delightful shopping experience. - Meet individual and store sales targets. - Handle billing, cash transactions, and maintain accurate sales records. - Maintain product display, stock arrangement, and overall showroom presentation. - Stay informed about jewellery trends, product knowledge, and company policies. - Address customer queries and effectively resolve concerns. Requirements: - Minimum qualification required is 12th pass / Graduate (preferred). - Prior experience in jewellery/retail sales is advantageous. - Good communication skills in English and Tamil; knowledge of Hindi/Telugu is a plus. - Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. - Positive attitude, pleasing personality, and a sales-driven mindset. - Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
