Paid Media Executive

Exp: 2 to 3 years

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Location: Sakinaka (Andheri)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing, executing, and optimizing digital campaigns across multiple platforms
• Coordinate with internal teams to align campaign goals and strategies
• Provide regular insights and reports on campaign performance
• Track, measure, and analyze key paid media KPIs
• Execute day-to-day tasks for paid media campaigns with attention to detail
• Support in managing campaign budgets efficiently
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad grouping
• Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies

Qualification:

• 2–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience in Paid Media
• Digital agency experience is mandatory
• Strong understanding of paid media performance, optimization techniques, and campaign management
• Proactive, collaborative, and results-driven work style
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and contribute to team growth
• Good quantitative skills and understanding of digital media analytics
• Prior experience with platforms including (but not limited to):
• Google Ads
• Google Analytics
• Facebook Business Manager
• Instagram Ads
• LinkedIn Ads
• YouTube Ads
• Twitter Ads

Additional Requirements:

• Should be a strong solo contributor and able to manage tasks independently
• Must have their own laptop to work
• Should be an immediate joiner
