Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Packaging Manager with expertise in wooden packaging to join our team at Capital Placement Services, an industry leader in recruitment. The ideal candidate will have 7-15 years of experience and be based in Gurgaon.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage the packing process of merchandise using wooden cases.
Create drawings for wooden boxes and ensure accurate measurements of packed merchandise.
Collaborate with customers to discuss their requirements and provide effective solutions.
Oversee the transportation and shipping of packaged goods.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to packaging and logistics.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve any issues or concerns related to packaging.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field; relevant certifications or training in packaging management are advantageous.
Proven experience in packaging management, preferably in a logistic or freight company.
Strong knowledge of packaging materials, including wood, and experience with shipping and transportation processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to work effectively with customers and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards related to packaging and logistics is desirable.
