Packaging Executive

Role Overview: As a Procurement Executive at Nua, you will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing packaging materials and services to ensure cost-efficiency, timely delivery, and quality compliance of all procurement activities. Your role is critical in aligning procurement practices with company objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Source and evaluate suppliers based on criteria such as price, quality, service, and reliability. - Negotiate price and purchase order terms with vendors to achieve the best value for the company. - Issue purchase orders and track delivery schedules to ensure timely fulfillment. - Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and consumption data. - Handle quality control reports, rejections, and replacements effectively. - Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with warehouse and operations teams. - Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement best practices. - Identify opportunities to reduce costs and enhance efficiency. - Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders. - Assist in developing and implementing procurement strategies to drive business objectives. Qualifications and Skills: - Education & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Packaging, Operations, or a related field. - Technical Skills: - Proficiency in MS Office. - Strong analytical and negotiation skills. - Familiarity with contract law and sourcing strategies. - Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
