We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Packaging Executive to join our e-commerce operations team at La Jarden. The role involves preparing, packing, and dispatching products accurately and efficiently for online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and our own website. Key Responsibilities:Measure and fill powder/clay material into PVC pouches or containers as per standard weight. Heat seal or zip-lock each pouch securely to maintain hygiene and prevent leakage. Label and barcode each item correctly based on SKU and order sheet. Cross-check product images, SKUs, and quantities before sealing cartons. Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment as per Amazon/Flipkart/Meesho guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area. Report any product damage, shortage, or packaging errors immediately to the supervisor. Assist in maintaining daily packaging and dispatch records. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 10th / 12th pass (Graduate preferred). Basic understanding of e-commerce packaging standards. Ability to work carefully with powders and delicate materials. Must be punctual, reliable, and able to work in a team. Familiarity with barcode scanners, labeling, and weighing machines is an advantage. Work Hours:9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Saturday) Salary:₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (depending on experience and skill)
