Packaging Engineer

Looking for a passionate Packaging Engineer who can play a key role in building standardized and innovative packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and document standard packaging SKUs commonly used in the market.

• Create a Hook Book with detailed technical specifications.

• Define and maintain quality parameters and TDS for all products.

• Work across multiple packaging materials: plastics, paper, glass, metal, wood, etc.

• Identify and develop reliable vendors to ensure quality and consistency.

• Research market trends and develop new packaging products as per demand.

• Ensure all products meet defined quality standards and compliance norms.

Who we’re looking for:

• Qualification from a recognized Packaging Institute (e.g., IIP or equivalent).

• 3–7 years of relevant experience in packaging development & vendor management.

• Strong understanding of packaging materials, processes, and quality control.

• Experience creating documentation (TDS, SOPs, Hook Books).

• Problem-solver with an innovative mindset.
