Packaging Development Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Coordinate with pharma R&D and packaging teams for new packaging needs.
  
• Identify and support new packaging solutions and trials.
  
• Work with internal teams for development and commercialization.
  
• Handle technical discussions, validation, and documentation.
  
• Present innovations like CFB, PVDC, laminates, CR foils, etc.
  
• Track project timelines and ensure timely delivery.
  
• Assist marketing with technical content and presentations.
  
• Maintain records of trials, approvals, and feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

• New Product Development:

  35 trials/developments per quarter.

• Client Coordination:

  Timely updates and strong relationships.

• Internal Collaboration:

  Align technical and commercial strategies.

• Technical Promotion:

  12 innovation presentations per month.

• Reporting:

  Monthly reports and feedback tracking.

Candidate Profile:

• Qualification:

  B.Tech / M.Sc. / MBA (Packaging Tech, Polymer Sci., etc.)

• Experience:

  26 years in Packaging Development or Technical Marketing (Pharma/Packaging preferred)

• Skills:

  Strong communication, technical knowledge, project management, client handling.
