Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of new business leads in industries such as retail, FMCG, food & beverage, pharma, and logistics
• Including flexographic labels, packaging, promotional materials, and point-of-sale displays
• Collaborate with internal design, prepress, and production teams to build client-centric proposals
• Identify and consult on brand challenges and present strategic graphic solutions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular check-ins and value-added service
• Conduct client presentations, product demos, and attend trade shows or networking events
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and prepare regular sales reports

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of sales experience in printing, packaging, branding, or creative industries
• Understanding of graphic design, print production (especially flexographic or digital print), and packaging workflows
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to manage projects from concept to delivery
• Tech-savvy: proficient in CRM software, MS Office, and preferably familiar with design tools (Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or related field preferred

Bonus Skills:

• Experience with flexographic and/or large-format digital printing
• Network within retail or consumer goods sectors
• Design thinking or branding background
