Job Description

Position Overview:

The Print & Packaging Designer will be responsible for developing visually striking, brand-consistent designs for print campaigns, packaging, and marketing collateral. This role requires a deep understanding of brand communication, strong design aesthetics, and technical expertise in print production. The ideal candidate combines creativity with precision and works seamlessly with the creative and client servicing teams to bring ideas to life.


Key Responsibilities:


Creative Development

  • Conceptualize and design print layouts, packaging, and brand materials for campaigns, launches, and promotions.
  • Create visual concepts aligned with brand identity and campaign objectives.
  • Work closely with copywriters, art directors, and account managers to develop integrated creative solutions.

Print & Production Design

  • Prepare print-ready artworks with correct color profiles, bleed, and finishing specs.
  • Coordinate with vendors, printers, and production teams to ensure design quality and accuracy in final output.
  • Review and approve final proofs, ensuring color consistency and brand integrity.

Packaging Design

  • Develop creative packaging concepts that reflect brand personality and shelf impact.
  • Design dielines, mockups, and presentation visuals for client approval.
  • Collaborate with production teams for materials, finishes, and feasibility.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Support the creative team in adapting master campaign layouts into print and packaging deliverables.
  • Ensure all designs meet agency standards, brand guidelines, and client expectations.
  • Stay updated with current design, print, and packaging trends in advertising and branding.


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Print or Packaging Designer in a mainline advertising or branding agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
  • Strong understanding of printing techniques, color management, and materials.
  • Excellent eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight timelines.
  • Detail-oriented, collaborative, and passionate about great design
