Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Assistant to the Managing Director, located in Mumbai. The Personal Assistant (PA) will be responsible for managing executive administrative tasks, providing personal assistance, overseeing diary management, and arranging travel for the Managing Director. Daily responsibilities include coordinating meetings, managing communication, scheduling and organizing appointments, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations for the Managing Director.


Qualifications

  • Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Personal Assistance
  • Proficiency in Diary Management and Travel Arrangements
  • Strong Communication skills
  • Effective organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
  • Experience in the Maritime industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field


Experience as Cabin Crew and Hotel front desk ( client facing roles ) will be considered an advantage
