Flutter & Dart Developer

Role Overview: You will be responsible for designing and developing a cross-platform mobile application using Flutter & Dart. Your main focus will be to integrate with the existing MERN stack backend via REST APIs and implement core features such as media capture, offline data handling, form-driven input, and more. Collaboration with the design team to ensure smooth UI/UX, optimizing app performance, and maintaining clean code will be essential for this role. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop a cross-platform mobile application using Flutter & Dart. - Integrate with the existing MERN stack backend via REST APIs. - Implement core features such as media capture, offline data capture, talk-to-text for notes, form-based input with validation, and draft report creation. - Ensure smooth UI/UX working closely with the design team. - Optimize app performance and manage secure local storage. - Maintain clean, reusable, and well-documented code. - Collaborate with QA and operations teams for real-world testing and rollout. Qualifications Required: - 2+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter & Dart for mobile development. - Strong understanding of mobile app architecture and lifecycle. - Experience in integrating REST APIs. - Proficiency in state management (e.g., Provider, Riverpod, Bloc). - Experience with offline-first apps and local storage (e.g., Hive, SQLite). - Good experience in handling image/video capture, file handling, and permissions. - Strong debugging and performance optimization skills. - Familiarity with Git and Agile workflows. - Ability to write clean and maintainable production-level code. - Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).,
