Company Overview:

We are a fast-growing FMCG company in the premium beverages space. We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Quality Chemist with prior experience in the Beverages Industry/FMCG Industry/Packaged drinking /Natural Mineral water Industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily schedules, appointments, and correspondence of the Managing Director.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other required documentation.
• Handle calls, emails, and follow-ups on behalf of the MD.
• Assist in planning, monitoring, and coordinating ongoing projects.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure deliverables are met.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Organize meetings, events, and conferences.
• Handle travel itineraries, hotel bookings, and logistics arrangements.
• Handle sensitive information with absolute discretion and professionalism.
• Maintain confidentiality in all business and personal matters of the MD.
• Draft, review, and maintain official documents and records.
• Ensure proper filing, documentation, and retrieval systems are in place.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant .
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
• Discreet, reliable, and capable of maintaining confidentiality.

Salary:

· 20-25k per month.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
