Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Owner based in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. The Owner will oversee the company’s operations, shape strategic initiatives, and drive the business toward achieving key growth goals. Tasks include managing client relationships, leading recruitment strategies, optimizing internal processes, and ensuring the team remains aligned with the company's mission and vision. The role will also involve fostering innovation, building partnerships, and maintaining hands-on involvement in key hiring projects to position the agency as a leader in tech recruitment.

• Strategic management and leadership abilities to oversee operations and drive growth
• Proficiency in recruitment processes, talent acquisition, and workforce planning
• Strong communication, client relationship management, and negotiation skills
• Experience in technology domains such as software development, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure is a plus
• Understanding of market trends in tech recruitment and distributed hiring practices
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving capabilities, and decision-making expertise
• Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit and ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Human Resources, or a related field
