Role Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Trainer to lead workshops, onboarding, and upskilling programs focused on international education equivalency processes. This role will be critical in training staff on understanding global education systems, credit frameworks, and credential assessment methodologies — with a particular focus on UAE, UK, and Asian systems.Key Responsibilities
Design and deliver training modules on international education systems and equivalency frameworks.Train internal teams and evaluators on credential recognition standards, credit hours, and qualification levels.Provide deep dives into professional diplomas, academic diplomas, vocational qualifications, and micro-credentials.Use case-based scenarios to explain recognition processes for UAE and UK education systems.Support the development of SOPs and learning resources around equivalency and credential assessment.Update teams on evolving standards, including country-specific frameworks and ECCTIS/NARIC equivalency tools (desirable).Collaborate with cross-functional teams in education services and compliance units to maintain accuracy in evaluations.Required Skills & Qualifications- Trainer/ Manager (Manager For Noida)
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, International Education Sales, or a related field. (For Manager - Experience in Education and Vocational Skill Development is Necessary)Strong understanding of international education systems (UAE, UK, Asia).Familiarity with global frameworks such as QCF, SCQF, AQF, UAE QF, and credit-hour systems.Ability to analyze, map, and compare micro-credentials and modular learning systems.Excellent communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills.Desirable
