Job Overview:

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Overseas Business Development Manager to lead our international business expansion efforts across GCC countries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building new client relationships, managing key accounts, and promoting our recruitment services in the Middle East market.

This role involves frequent international travel to GCC countries for client meetings, business presentations, and contract negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new overseas clients and strengthen relationships with existing ones.
• Identify new business opportunities, projects, and tenders in the GCC region.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, client needs, and competitor activity.
• Prepare and deliver impactful business presentations and proposals to clients.
• Coordinate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently.
• Negotiate contracts, service agreements, and pricing with clients.
• Ensure smooth communication and follow-up with clients to maintain long-term business relationships.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, preferably in overseas recruitment or HR services.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of developing new clients and achieving sales targets.
• Willingness to travel frequently across GCC countries.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities.
• Fluency in English (Arabic knowledge is an added advantage).

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary: ₹1,00,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)
