Key Responsibilities: - Recruit new healthcare professionals for paid market research through phone and email outreach - Remind existing members of research opportunities via phone and email - Communicate clearly and effectively in English with internal teams and external stakeholders - Conduct scripted phone interviews to assess participant fit for research opportunities - Utilize Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Salesforce for tracking and communication - Collaborate with colleagues and senior staff to support production goals - Assist operations team with phone-based tasks such as reminders, confirmations, and scheduling for research studies - Provide proactive feedback on production barriers and problem-solve with senior team members Qualifications Required: - 1+ years of experience in English outbound or inbound call center operations, preferably in healthcare or life sciences industry - Proactive and strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in English for engaging with physician offices and key contacts - Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams) - Adaptability to thrive in a fast-changing environment and work collaboratively - High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Additional Details: Konovo is a mission-driven organization shaping the future of healthcare decision-making.
