We are seeking an Outreach Specialist to join us in recruiting healthcare providers for impactful and rewarding research opportunities. In this role, you will: - Recruit new healthcare professionals for paid market research through phone and email outreach. - Engage existing members via phone and email to inform them about relevant research opportunities. - Communicate clearly and effectively in English with internal teams and external stakeholders. - Conduct scripted telephone interviews to assess the suitability of research opportunities for potential participants. - Utilize Excel, Outlook, Teams, and Salesforce for tracking and communication purposes. - Collaborate with colleagues and senior staff to meet production goals. - Assist the operations team with phone-based tasks such as reminders, confirmations, and scheduling calls for research studies. - Provide feedback on production obstacles to senior team members and help in resolving them effectively. We are looking for individuals with: - 1+ years of experience in English outbound or inbound call center operations, preferably in healthcare or life sciences industry. - Proactive mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent English proficiency for engaging with physician offices and key contacts confidently. - Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work in cross-functional teams. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams). - Adaptability to excel in a dynamic environment while collaborating to overcome challenges. - Attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
