Role & responsibilities Develop and manage multichannel outreach campaigns (email, LinkedIn, cold calling, content syndication) tailored to key decision-makers in target accounts. • Work closely with sales and marketing to build and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and target account lists. • Craft compelling, persona-specific messaging and outreach sequences that resonate with US-based B2B decision-makers (e.g., CMOs, CTOs, HR Heads). • Leverage tools like HubSpot, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or Salesloft for contact enrichment, sequencing, and tracking. • Coordinate with the content, digital ads, and sales teams to align outreach with broader marketing efforts. • Monitor outreach KPIs (open rate, reply rate, meeting booked rate) and optimize campaigns accordingly. • Stay updated on US B2B trends, buyer behavior, and competitor activities to inform outreach strategy.
