Outreach Manager

We’re looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Outreach Manager to strengthen our presence across schools, colleges, counsellor networks, and student communities. This role focuses on driving awareness, generating high-quality inquiries, and building strong partnerships that support UG and PG program admissions.

What You’ll Do

• Lead outreach initiatives to promote UG & PG programs across schools, PU/Junior colleges, coaching institutes, and community networks
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and info sessions for students, parents, and educators (on-campus and off-campus)
• Build and manage relationships with school principals, counsellors, coaching centres, and education consultants
• Plan and execute participation in education fairs, career fests, school engagements, and community events
• Coordinate campus visits, open-house events, and guided tours to showcase academic programs and campus life
• Work closely with admissions and marketing teams to ensure messaging alignment and to drive quality lead generation
• Maintain and update CRM, including outreach activities, partnership details, event outcomes, and inquiry generation
• Track metrics on outreach performance, event ROI, lead funnel contribution, and partnership growth

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in outreach, student recruitment, institutional relations, or education marketing
• Strong experience engaging with schools, counsellors, and academic institutions
• Proven ability to plan and execute large-scale outreach events and partnerships
• Excellent communication and presentation skills — confident with both students and senior educators
• Ability to manage travel, visit institutions, and represent the organization professionally
• Organised, proactive, and comfortable working with targets and structured follow-up systems
