Our Organisation is now the largest tree planter in India. Give Me Trees Trust has PAN India presence. Swami Prem Parivartan aka Peepal Baba is the founder of the organisation. Our vision is to bring at least 50% of India under green cover and cultivate a love for flora and fauna. Our mission to increase the tree population and native tree cover of our country through plantation and maintenance. Job Purpose The Outreach Manager will support the NGO in increasing fundraising for tree plantation projects and expanding volunteer engagement. The role includes organizing fundraising activities at public places and managing coordination work from the office. The position requires 40% office-based work and 60% field-based work . Key Responsibilities Field Work (60%) Organise activities in malls, shopping complexes, events, and other crowded locations for fundraising. Organize on-ground activities to promote tree plantation programs. Interact with the public, explain the NGOs work, and encourage donations. Engage and recruit volunteers during field activities. Identify new locations for fundraising and outreach campaigns. Coordinate with event organizers and local authorities for permissions. Support and supervise plantation events and volunteer activities on-site. Office Work (40%) Plan weekly and monthly fundraising targets and outreach strategies. Create reports on funds collected and activities conducted. Coordinate with internal teams for project updates and activity planning. Maintain volunteer data, donor lists, and documentation. Handle communication through emails, calls, and meetings. Prepare materials needed for field activities (banners, brochures, donation kits). Required Skills Excellent communication and public engagement skills. Confident in approaching people in public spaces for fundraising. Experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, or NGO outreach preferred. Strong planning, organizing, and documentation abilities. Ability to manage both fieldwork and office tasks efficiently. Energetic, self-driven, and passionate about environmental causes. Comfortable traveling regularly for field activities. Educational Qualification: Preferred: Graduate in any stream. Salary: 30,000.00 - 35,000.00 per month
