Role & responsibilities Please find below for supervisor job description details for your reference. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of CNC and VMC machinery. Manage and supervise a team of machine operators. Program and set up CNC/VMC machines for precise manufacturing. Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality. Collaborate with the maintenance team for machine upkeep. Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with machinery. Conduct training sessions for machine operators. Prepare and maintain documentation for machine operations and maintenance. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Minimum of 5 years experience in CNC/VMC operations. Proven leadership and team management skills. Strong understanding of CNC and VMC machinery and programming. Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
