Position Overview: Outreach Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Lead School & Institutional Outreach:

  Build and maintain strong partnerships with school leaders, counselors, and academic heads to promote Masters’ Union’s programs.

• Representation at Events:

  Represent Masters’ Union at career fairs, expos, workshops, webinars, and other relevant forums to position the brand as a top choice for business and tech education.

• Targeted Campaign Execution:

  Execute region-specific outreach campaigns to attract the best talent from high schools across India.

• Stakeholder Relationship Management:

  Manage and nurture relationships with various stakeholders – including parents, principals, education consultants, and partner organizations.

• Market Intelligence:

  Provide regional insights and feedback from the ground to help refine program offerings and communication strategies.

• Reporting & Impact Tracking:

  Maintain a database of outreach activities and partnerships. Track effectiveness, leads generated, and conversion rates to continuously improve outreach strategies.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Education:

  A Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, PR, or a related field is strongly preferred.

• Experience:

  3–4 years of experience in outreach, admissions, partnerships, education consulting, or stakeholder management.

• Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
• High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven
• Comfortable with extensive travel as required
