Role Overview: As the Regional Head / Sr. Manager Outreach / Manager Outreach at GNIOT Group of Institutions in Greater Noida, you will play a crucial role in enhancing admissions by establishing connections with associates, coaching centers, and graduation colleges. Your main focus will be on counseling students for admission in various programs such as BBA, BCA, BCom, PGDM, and MBA, while also guiding them through the admission process. Building and maintaining relationships with potential students, parents, and educational institutions in your region will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Key Responsibilities: - Establish connections with associates, coaching centers, and graduation colleges to enhance admissions - Counsel students for admission in various programs such as BBA, BCA, BCom, PGDM, and MBA - Guide students through the admission process - Build and maintain relationships with potential students, parents, and educational institutions - Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the region Qualifications Required: - Minimum 1 year of experience in admissions or counseling - MBA degree - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong networking abilities - Passion for education and student development GNIOT Group of Institutions offers you the chance to work with a reputable institution and provides opportunities for career growth and development.
