Role Overview:-

Key Responsibilities:-

• Conduct outreach visits to colleges, schools, and institutions across the Siliguri division.
• Promote EdTech programs, learning memberships, and innovation initiatives.
• Support execution of seminars, workshops, orientation events, and campus activities.
• Build and maintain relationships with faculty members, student coordinators, and administrators.
• Assist senior Outreach managers in lead generation and partner onboarding.
• Maintain daily reporting, outreach tracker logs, and field activity summaries.
• Collect student feedback, market insights, and local demand patterns.
• Work closely with the marketing and community teams for event planning and campaigns.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:-

• Graduate or pursuing graduation (any stream).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable with fieldwork, travel, and student interaction.
• Basic understanding of EdTech, career development, or training industry is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive, energetic approach.
