Outreach Junior Manager

As an Outreach Junior Manager at EdTech Venture, you will play a crucial role in supporting growth and expanding our presence across North Bengal, particularly the Siliguri division. Your responsibilities will include engaging with students, colleges, training centers, coaching institutions, and local academic communities through field outreach, relationship building, event coordination, and promoting various programs and digital learning solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outreach visits to colleges, schools, and institutions in the Siliguri division. - Promote EdTech programs, learning memberships, and innovation initiatives. - Support the execution of seminars, workshops, orientation events, and campus activities. - Build and maintain relationships with faculty members, student coordinators, and administrators. - Assist senior Outreach managers in lead generation and partner onboarding. - Maintain daily reporting, outreach tracker logs, and field activity summaries. - Collect student feedback, market insights, and local demand patterns. - Collaborate closely with the marketing and community teams for event planning and campaigns. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Graduate or pursuing graduation in any stream. - Strong communication and presentation skills. - Comfortable with fieldwork, travel, and student interaction. - Basic understanding of EdTech, career development, or training industry is a plus. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Good interpersonal skills and a positive, energetic approach.
