Position: Outlet Supervisor Location: Kakkanad, Ernakulam, Kerala (Near Sunrise Hospital, Seaport-Airport Road) Reports To: Outlet Manager / Operations Manager Job Type: Full-time Full job description Amma's Pastries is a leading bakery brand specializing in premium cakes, frozen snacks, and exceptional service. With a rapidly growing presence across Kerala, we are seeking an experienced and responsible Supervisor to lead operations at our Kakkanad outlet. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of the Kakkanad outlet Supervise and guide the outlet team, including floor and counter staff Maintain high standards of hygiene, customer service, and product display Coordinate stock ordering, receipt, and proper inventory tracking Ensure proper reporting (sales, petty cash, attendance, daily closing) Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism Train new team members as per Amma’s operational standards Ensure compliance with food safety and brand SOPs Requirements: Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in bakery, F&B, or retail sector Good leadership and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, daily report handling) Knowledge of Malayalam and Hindi preferred Flexible to work shifts and weekends What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives Supportive work environment and team culture Staff meals and uniforms Internal growth opportunities within Amma's Pastries Schedule: Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location: In person
