1. Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of the petrol pump. Ensure smooth functioning of fuel dispensers, air machines, and other equipment. Coordinate fuel deliveries and manage stock levels to prevent shortages. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the pump premises. 2. Staff Supervision: Supervise and schedule pump attendants, cleaners, and other ground staff. Train staff on safety procedures, customer handling, and operational protocols. Ensure staff wear proper uniforms and follow standard operating procedures. 3. Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints or disputes quickly and professionally. Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and prompt service. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements. 4. Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety norms, legal regulations, and company policies. Conduct regular safety drills and equipment checks. Keep fire extinguishers, safety signage, and first-aid kits updated. 5. Inventory and Supply Chain: Manage inventory of lubricants, diesel, petrol, and other accessories. Track reordering levels and coordinate with suppliers. Maintain proper records of stock received and consumed.
