Outlet Supervisor

As an Outlet Supervisor at Amma's Pastries Kakkanad outlet in Ernakulam, Kerala, near Sunrise Hospital on Seaport-Airport Road, you will play a key role in leading the daily operations of our premium bakery brand. With a focus on cakes, frozen snacks, and exceptional service, Amma's Pastries is rapidly expanding across Kerala, and we are looking for an experienced and responsible individual to join our team. Your responsibilities will include supervising and guiding the outlet team, ensuring high standards of hygiene, customer service, and product display, as well as coordinating stock ordering and inventory tracking. You will be expected to manage daily operations efficiently, handle customer queries and feedback professionally, and ensure compliance with food safety and brand standards. Additionally, training new team members and maintaining proper reporting procedures will be essential aspects of your role. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in the bakery, F&B, or retail sector, along with good leadership and interpersonal skills. Basic computer knowledge, proficiency in Malayalam and Hindi, and flexibility to work shifts and weekends are also required.
