Role Summary

Delhi NCR

This role requires a highly experienced, results-driven professional with a deep understanding of international cuisines, exceptional negotiation skills, and a strong network within the relevant regions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales and Business Development

  • Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to meet and exceed budgeted revenue targets for outdoor catering.
  • Proactively identify new business opportunities, including corporate events, large-scale weddings, social gatherings, exhibitions, and destination events in Delhi NCR and Goa.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.
  • Strong Negotiation Skills:

    Utilize advanced negotiation and closing techniques to secure profitable contracts and maximize yield on all catering services.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and accurately forecast monthly, quarterly, and annual sales performance.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, event planners, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all outdoor catering inquiries, ensuring prompt, professional, and comprehensive communication from initial query to post-event follow-up.

3. Product Knowledge and Planning

  • International Cuisine & Menu Planning:

    Possess in-depth knowledge of diverse international cuisines (e.g., European, Asian, Regional Indian) to advise clients and create customized, creative, and appealing menus.
  • Collaborate closely with the Executive Chef and Culinary team on

    Menu Planning

    and customization, ensuring all client requirements and dietary restrictions are met while maintaining cost efficiency.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team on logistics, equipment, staffing, and execution to ensure flawless on-site event delivery.

4. Market Focus & Expertise

  • Demonstrate extensive

    Knowledge of Delhi NCR

    (including Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad) and

    Goa

    event venues, key corporate clients, and social markets.
  • Travel frequently between Delhi NCR and Goa as required to meet clients, conduct site inspections, and oversee major events.
