Outbound Tours Manager

Responsibilities: The person will be responsible for group tours as well as private tours to domestic and international locations.

● Product Management

○ Identifying the markets

○ Designing of product

○ Competitive benchmarking

○ Pricing

○ Contracting

● Sales & Marketing

○ Working with the brand and digital team for lead generation

○ Brochure, Website and handouts

○ Handling leads and converting to sales

○ Maintaining Database

● Backend Operations

○ Customer Documentation

○ Airline booking

○ Forex

○ Visa

○ Insurance

● Systems and Processes and Technology

○ CRM

● Management of Tours

○ Training the tour managers

○ Keeping an eye on what is happening during the tour

○ Feedback and improvements for future

● Partnerships

○ Build partnerships with international tourism boards, local DMCs, Airlines, Cruise companies and cultural institutions to build access into the selected international markets

○ Independently manage the relationship which includes negotiation of agreements and collaborations

● Recruitment

○ Currently, an Assistant Manager handles the Outbound portfolio. The Manager - Outbound Tours will have to recruit a team to handle the enhanced scope.
