Outbound Tours Manager

As a premier Destination Management Company based in the UAE, renowned for curating exceptional travel and event experiences, you will be responsible for creating and curating outbound tour packages across international destinations. Your role will involve building partnerships with overseas DMCs, suppliers, and service providers, developing strong B2B networks with agents, corporates, and travel partners, and conducting market research to shape outbound strategy. Additionally, you will lead end-to-end operations including costing, contracting, documentation, and delivery, collaborate with marketing on outbound campaigns and promotions, build and manage a lean, scalable team, and ensure seamless travel operations and exceptional client satisfaction.
