Outbound Tours Manager

What You'll Do:

• Create and curate outbound tour packages across international destinations
• Build partnerships with overseas DMCs, suppliers, and service providers
• Develop strong B2B networks with agents, corporates, and travel partners
• Conduct market research to shape outbound strategy
• Lead end-to-end operations (costing, contracting, documentation, delivery)
• Work with marketing on outbound campaigns & promotions
• Build and manage a lean, scalable team
• Ensure seamless travel operations and exceptional client satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years of proven experience in the outbound travel industry
• Strong expertise in multi-destination international travel
• Solid B2B travel operations & partner engagement experience
• Excellent leadership, communication & negotiation skills
• Entrepreneurial mindset to set up and scale a new vertical
• Willingness to travel for trade events & destination immersions
