What You'll Do:

• Drive SEO strategy to boost organic rankings & visibility
• Manage Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
• Optimize website traffic, user journey & lead conversions
• Track, measure & report using GA4, Tag Manager & SEMrush/Ahrefs
• Collaborate with content, design & sales teams to align campaigns with business goals

What We're Looking For:

• 46 years of proven SEO & Google Ads experience (agency/corporate)
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page & technical SEO
• Proficiency in GA4, Google Ads, Tag Manager & Search Console
• Hands-on with SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, or similar tools
• Analytical mindset with expertise in CRO & lead funnels
• Google Ads/Analytics Certification preferred
