Outbound Tour Manager

As a Manager for Outbound Tours, you will be responsible for overseeing outbound tours at a managerial level. Your role will require extensive knowledge of short and long-haul international destinations. Additionally, familiarity with domestic destinations is considered a plus. You should be proficient in using online booking portals and skilled in utilizing social media and other promotional methods to boost sales and promotions. Your expertise in costings, creating tailor-made itineraries, sales, and operations will be essential for this role. Being computer savvy with excellent communication skills is crucial, along with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively. You are expected to have knowledge of visa processes, insurance, and ticketing procedures. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee outbound tours at a managerial level - Demonstrate extensive knowledge of short and long-haul international destinations - Possess additional knowledge of domestic destinations (preferred) - Utilize online booking portals proficiently - Implement social media and other promotional methods effectively - Excel in costings, creating tailor-made itineraries, sales, and operations - Utilize computer skills for efficient operations - Communicate effectively within the team - Motivate and manage the team successfully - Understand visa processes, insurance, and ticketing procedures Qualifications Required: - 5-6 years of experience in a managerial role - Strong understanding of overseas destinations - Familiarity with domestic destinations (preferred) - Proficiency in online booking systems - Knowledge of social media and promotional strategies - Expertise in costings, itineraries, sales, and operations - Computer literate - Excellent communication skills - Team leadership and motivation skills - Knowledge of visa, insurance, and ticketing procedures Please note that this is a full-time position with a day shift schedule.
