You will be responsible for managing outbound tours at a managerial level, demonstrating extensive knowledge of global destinations, outbound packages, sales, and promotions. Your role will involve overseeing and coordinating both short and long-haul international tours, with additional familiarity with domestic destinations being advantageous. Proficiency in online booking portals and social media platforms for promotional purposes is essential. Your expertise will be crucial in creating tailor-made itineraries, managing costs, handling sales operations, and ensuring efficient communication within the team. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 5-6 years of experience in a managerial capacity, showcasing a strong understanding of overseas destinations and, ideally, domestic locations as well. Your proficiency in utilizing online booking systems, social media marketing, and promotional strategies will be instrumental in driving tour sales and enhancing customer engagement. Excellent communication skills, computer literacy, and the ability to lead and motivate a team are essential qualities for this position. Additionally, knowledge of visa processes, insurance requirements, and ticketing procedures will further contribute to your success in this role. This is a full-time position requiring a day shift schedule, and the work location will be in person.
