You will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to generate leads, close sales, and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate is persuasive, energetic, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to introduce products or services.
Qualify leads and schedule appointments or product demonstrations.
Maintain a high volume of daily outbound calls while meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Competencies For The Job
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; persuasive and confident.
Customer Focus: Ability to understand and respond to customer needs effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-4 years of experience in Outbound sales or international sales executive activities.
Strong convincing power with excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
Proficiency in using CRM software for managing sales pipeline.
Ability to work independently from home office environment with minimal supervision.
