About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Outbound Sales Executive with at least 2 years of proven experience in outbound sales/telesales, preferably with US market exposure. The ideal candidate should be target-driven, persuasive, and confident in handling international clients.
Location: Mohai phase 8 A
Shift Timings: 08:30 PM - 05:30 AM (IST)
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to US-based prospects to generate leads and close sales.
Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions.
Consistently achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Update and maintain accurate client records in CRM.
Build strong long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams to implement sales strategies effectively.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of outbound sales experience with US customers.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with neutral/accent-adaptable English.
Ability to handle objections confidently and close deals.
Goal-driven with persistence and resilience.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales software is an advantage.
