What you’ll do

• Build and manage outbound across channels (LinkedIn + email + communities) to generate qualified conversations
• Research and identify the right ICPs (ecom brands, agencies, media buyers, advertisers, etc.) and build lead lists
• Write and test outbound messaging (hooks, offers, angles) that feels human and converts
• Run outreach sequences end-to-end: targeting → personalization → follow-ups → booking calls
• Qualify leads and route them correctly (calendar booking, handoff notes, next steps)
• Track KPIs and performance: reply rate, meetings booked, show rate, pipeline quality
• Work closely with marketing/partnerships to align outbound with campaigns and new offers
• Build systems: templates, SOPs, lead scoring rules, and simple reporting dashboards

What we’re looking for

• 1–4+ years experience in outbound (SDR/BDR, outbound growth, cold email, LinkedIn outreach)
• Strong English communication (writing that doesn’t sound robotic)
• Comfortable being measured on outcomes (meetings booked + quality), not “effort”
• Highly organized: you can manage pipelines, follow-ups, and tracking cleanly
• Analytical mindset: you can test angles, read results, and iterate quickly
• Ownership: you can run outbound like your own mini growth engine, while collaborating with the team

Nice to have

• Experience in

  B2B SaaS / ad-tech / performance marketing / eCommerce

  outbound
• Experience with tools like Apollo/ZoomInfo, HubSpot/Pipedrive, Lemlist/Smartlead/Instantly, Clay, Sheets/Notion
• Ability to segment ICPs and tailor messaging based on pain points
• Basic understanding of funnels, conversion rates, and pipeline metrics
