Role Description

This is a full-time OTRS Developer position, performed remotely. The OTRS Developer will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining OTRS (Open Ticket Request System)-based applications. This includes analyzing and implementing requirements from stakeholders, configuring system workflows, and ensuring seamless integration with other systems. The role also involves troubleshooting, debugging, and providing resolutions for any technical issues to optimize performance and improve user functionality.

Role and Responsibility

1. Good knowledge of OTRS with 2+ total years of experience.
2. Experience with Perl or Python is mandatory.
3. Experienced in using Git, GitHub and GitLab
4. Good knowledge of the Linux environment
5. Experience with MySQL, MariaDB and/or PostgreSQL
6. Support and maintenance of our OTRS & OTOBO
7. Support and maintenance of our open-source add-ons
8. Implementation of customer requirements
9. Maintaining add-ons, technical issues around OTRS & OTOBO
10. Improving and maintaining our internal tool Strong skills in communicating, implementing and achieving business objectives and goals
11. Strong organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments, strong delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing work.
12. Excellent analytical, problem-solving skills along with effective written and verbal communication skills.
