OTRS Developer

As a Full Stack Developer for OTRS and OTOBO products, your role will involve building, reviewing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions. You will need to have the following essential technical skills: - Python (Django) - Angular - Perl - RDBMS Systems (MySQL, MSSQL, MariaDB) - Javascript - NodeJS - Ajax - JQuery - Linux - Apache You should have experience in successful project/product completion and delivery, ideally involving simultaneous projects. Demonstrable experience in SOAP, REST, and other API implementations is required. Additionally, you should be able to work in an Agile development environment and have experience with Responsive Design and versioning using GIT. Experience in developing microservices and hands-on experience with Apache is also essential. Key Responsibilities: - Communicating, implementing, and achieving business objectives and goals - Setting up Jenkins/Hudson and performing CI/CD pipelines - Organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments - Delegation skills involving prioritizing and reprioritizing work - Analytical and problem-solving skills - Effective written and verbal communication skills Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of working experience in Python, Perl, Angular, OTRS, OTOBO - Good degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related subject, or industry-related experience Other Skill Sets: - Community experience is a plus - Experience with content authoring tools is a plus In addition to the technical skills and qualifications, you should be prepared for a Full-time, Permanent job type with a Morning shift schedule. A Bachelor's degree is preferred, and experience in Python, OTRS, Angular, and Perl is highly preferred. The work location is in person.
