OTRS Developer

You are a Full Stack Developer responsible for building, reviewing, deploying, and maintaining software solutions for OTRS and OTOBO products. Your primary technical skills include Python (Django), Angular, Perl, RDBMS Systems (MySQL, MSSQL, MariaDB), Javascript, NodeJS, Ajax, JQuery, Linux, Apache, SOAP, REST, and other API implementations. You should have experience in successful project/product completion, working in Agile development environments, responsive design, versioning using GIT, microservices development, and hands-on experience with Apache. Your responsibilities also include strong communication skills to implement and achieve business objectives, setting up Jenkins/Hudson for CI/CD pipelines, organization/project planning, time management, and change management skills across multiple functional groups and departments. You must possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as effective written and verbal communication skills. To qualify for this role, you need 3-6 years of working experience in Python, Perl, Angular, OTRS, and OTOBO. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent industry experience. Additional skill sets that would be complementary to the role include community experience and familiarity with content authoring tools. This is a Full-time, Permanent position with a Morning shift schedule. A Bachelor's degree is preferred for education requirements. Ideal candidates should have 7 years of experience in Python, OTRS, Angular, and Perl. The work location is in person.,
