📍 Location - Gurgaon (should be open travelling to Noida office) 💻 Role - OTC (Master Data Management/Invoice Dispatch) 👩‍💼 Experience - 5-10 years (in Order to Cash Domain) 🕛 Shift Timings - 11:00 AM - 09:00 PM IST / Monday to Saturday 🎓 Education - B.Com/MBA with 5-10 years (Order to Cash Domain) 🚓 Mode - Hybrid MDM Profile - Key Responsibilities and Requirements Daily Master data Management Transaction End-to-end ownership of work assigned Collaboration with peer & operational teams Timely Dashboarding, report outs, and driving cleanups Must be ready for working in cross-functional teams Dispatch Profile - Key Responsibilities and Requirements Maintain accuracy on daily processing or on work assigned. Process the invoices within the defined TAT. Need to learn all client portals for invoicing. Prepare a process dashboard with hold report outs. Timely follow-ups on hold invoices and get on a call as well with delivery teams/internal stakeholders.
