Bayweaver Nests is expanding! We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive/Manager who can drive sales, manage OTA listings, and grow our homestay network.
💼 Responsibilities:✔ Homestay onboarding & property partnerships
✔ Sales growth, lead conversion & revenue management
✔ Managing OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, MMT, Goibibo, etc.)
✔ Guest coordination, review management & operations support
✔ Maintaining MIS reports & pricing strategies
🎯 Requirements:🔹 1–5 years experience in hospitality sales or OTA operations
🔹 Strong communication & negotiation skills
🔹 Hands-on experience with OTA extranets
🔹 Ability to travel for homestay onboarding
🔹 Target-driven & self-motivated
