You'll make a significant impact by ensuring the seamless delivery of IT projects and demands across the organization. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (network, security, and strategic partners), plan and organize projects, and much more.
Youll specifically take care of managing project activities in alignment with Alstom's IS&T operating model, but also optimizing delivery models and ensuring compliance with our standards.

Optimizing delivery models to improve cost, quality, and efficiency

Leading demand and project management processes, including stakeholder engagement and status follow-up

Managing project scope, resources, and interdependencies

Identifying and mitigating risks, driving out barriers to success

Monitoring and reporting on project expenditures and service management activities

Ensuring compliance with business standards and facilitating satisfaction surveys

Providing support during troubleshooting sessions and assisting delivery teams in creating new service cards
