Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Orthopedic Surgeon MS DNB Consultant to join our team at Medico Hub Connect in India. The ideal candidate will have exceptional surgical skills and a deep understanding of orthopedic practices. This is an on-site role, and the orthopedic surgeon will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating various orthopedic conditions to enhance patient outcomes. Role Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with orthopedic issues. Perform surgical procedures related to bones, joints, and soft tissues. Diagnose fractures, injuries, and other musculoskeletal conditions using diagnostic imaging. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for surgical and non-surgical interventions. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care. Monitor and manage patient recovery post-surgery, ensuring optimal healing. Educate patients and their families about treatment options, recovery, and home care. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including clinical findings and treatment outcomes. Participate in hospital rounds and case discussions to enhance patient care. Stay updated on latest orthopedic practices, technologies, and advancements. Provide on-call services and handle emergencies as needed. Assist in training and mentoring junior medical staff and residents. Engage in quality improvement initiatives to enhance surgical outcomes. Perform joint injections and other non-surgical treatments as appropriate. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and hospital protocols. Qualifications MS in Orthopedic Surgery from a recognized institution. DNB in Orthopedics is highly preferred. Valid medical license to practice in India. Minimum of 5 years of experience in orthopedic surgery. Strong knowledge of orthopedic diagnostics and treatments. Proficiency in performing complex orthopedic procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare team. Strong problem-solving skills and clinical judgment. Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning. Experience in outpatient and inpatient surgical settings. Familiarity with electronic medical records and documentation. Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care. Demonstrated ability to handle high-stress situations effectively. Willingness to participate in research and clinical trials.
