Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:Managing online community across social media Instagram, Facebook, Whatsapp, Telegram, Youtube

Timely response to DMs and comments across all social media handles on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube

Regular posting on community groups (in accordance with the content team) on Facebook, WhatsApp, and Telegram

Maintaining reports and records of online sentiment of brand/campaigns by capturing testimonials, comments, engagement

Capturing leads from social media for a sales team

Working with a larger team to plan and implement loyal customers/followers giveaways and rewards

Understand Social Media trends, FAQs from our followers, and analysis of what worked and what did not.

Overall positive (online) sentiment management

Requirements:

Multi-tasking

Excellent Spoken and Written Communication

Content writing & proofreading skills

Collaborator

Team player

Ability to write effective copy, and audio scripts/video scripts.
